This Townhouse features a fenced-in yard, fully stocked kitchen, 5 bicycles, outdoor patio w seating and grill, beach chairs, parking for 3 cars (additional parking on side street), 5 smart TVs for streaming (bring your passwords) corn hole set, board games, pickleball racquets, two golf sets, and access to community center with gorgeous free-form swimming pool, fitness center, wet and dry spas, pool tables, pickleball, basketball, ping pong and more! (access to pool/clubhouse is additional $38 fee per person 6 and up) Home is close to beaches, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, mini-golf, ice-cream and other attractions.
Weekends offer a beach SHUTTLE that picks up in front of clubhouse and drops off on corner of the home's location! You will feel like this is your home-away-from-home as we have tried to make everything for our guests as comfortable as possible!
The home does not come with linens/towels so bring your own or you can rent from linen service. Make some great family memories at this beautiful weekly rental with the best of both pool and beach worlds!

Perfect Beachhouse Location!

Our family of 7 loved our stay at this perfect Ocean View/Bethany Beach townhome! The owner was quick to respond, very kind and accommodating to our requests and questions. The house was well stocked and we really enjoyed using the 6 bikes she had stored in the garage for our use. We biked to a nearby ecological reserve and the kids liked taking off on their own exploring the neighborhood and biking to the pool. We hope to come back to this same place again next year! Highly recommended!!

Waves of joy!

The owner was wonderful to work with-- we didn't hesitate to ask questions before or during our stay. Rooms are very comfortable, with ceiling and room fans along with the central air. Newer home with amazing extra amenities such as nice beach chairs and bicycles ( tires ready, baskets and helmets). Kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils, cookware etc and an island with chairs. Nice big pantry with sturdy shelves. Open concept with nice big dining table, family room with more than adequate seating and lots of games! Back patio with nice up to date picnic table, table and chairs with umbrella made for a great place to have breakfast ! The Clubhouse ended up being a great pool time for the little ones and we enjoyed the beach and boardwalk later in our days. Much to do in this area! Highly recommended home to stay at.

Ocean View Beach Club

The property was as it was written up on VRBO. The owners leaving the bikes was wonderful. We took the bikes to the beach several times to avoid parking issues since the shuttle wasn’t running due to COVID. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or club house facilities since the we had great beach weather.

Great Home

We Loved the location quite neighborhood, the club house was beautiful, and the facilities very clean pool was refreshing and a great size, the staff made us feel very welcome. The beach and downtown are within a short driving distance. The house was a perfect size for my family of 8. Beautifully decorated and the living space was very open. The back patio and grill came in handy for us as we cooked most nights. Kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Tons of games also for family night. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions

Summer family escape

My family enjoyed a much needed post pandemic getaway at this Bethany Beach retreat! We enjoyed a beautiful, well appointed home - picture perfect like in a magazine. We felt at home and spoiled with luxury at the same time. The property owner was incredibly responsive and the whole process for check in and check out was very smooth. The location is convenient to Bethany Beach but in general the entire Delaware coast. The additional amenities in the community made it an extra comfortable stay for our family. We enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, community library, and appreciate that those are features not every beach house will offer. We really enjoyed our week and hope to return again next summer! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family.

We are from northern NJ and are happy to share our new beach home with you! We love the beaches here and the friendliness of all the folks who come here! There are so many beautiful areas to explore in this area apart from the gorgeous Bethany Beaches. We seek to make your stay at Beach Club Beauty a delightful one! Although renters cannot bring pets, we ourselves have two pugs so those with dog allergies need to know this! We bike ride to the beach (just next to Sea Colony) in under 15 minutes!
