Great place!

This place has all the amenities of home AND a pool! We stayed this past week and it was so much better than a hotel stay. This property will not disappoint. Plenty of space for everyone. Brett was very attentive. We will definitely be back when we go back to California. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location & Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. Family of five with a teen and elementary aged kids. They loved the pool and swam everyday. The location is great surrounded by lots of things to do but still in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This is one of best stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed at. It had everything we could even think we might need. Clean, well maintained and very helpful host with great communication. Will be back when we visit family again. Thank you!!

Cozy Modesto home with pool

Very comfortable older ranch style home in gorgeous neighborhood. For the value we had a great 7 days. Everything worked fine and the isolated bedrooms from main living was a plus. The shaded patio deck looking at the pool was our main congregation area. Plengty of chairs and loungers.

Modesto home

This home is very comfortable, with a nice pool in back yard. Located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood..They provided all the paper products for the entire stay , and they do offer a nice variety of spices. Have be in VRBO without even salt and pepper!
