Due to unforeseen circumstances the boat lift is INOPERABLE & there is NO swimming from the dock as it is under repair.

Words cannot begin to describe this luxurious, waterfront home on an oversized lot in a private, gated community overlooking Lake Conroe. This luxury home boasts 4 bedrooms with two king master suites downstairs and two additional bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen beds in the third bedroom and two queen beds in the fourth. When you step outside you enter a world of your own offering panoramic views of the lake. The waterfront oriented amenities include a private pool, spa, and multiple seating areas with umbrellas for shade. Guests also have access to several community amenities including golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and restaurants.

Very nice house

The house is very beautiful. The rooms are very organized and the up stairs rooms are so well done. We did have a lot mold in the master bathroom and the coffee machine offered was slightly ridiculous. However, we had a great time and all families will really enjoy!! Will rent again.

Walden on Lake Conroe

We were notified one day prior to checking in that the dock was not accessible after we rented a boat. Requested financial consideration for not allowed to use the dock but no response. DOCK IS Not accessible and should state so on website. Report rely damaged by storm over 6 weeks ago when reservation was accepted. Beside that the house was as advertised and clean.

Lakeside Rental

We used this property for a team lake day for our office. It was the perfect setting! Very clean, spacious and the view of the lake was gorgeous. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for our family!

Amazing Stay

We had a great time staying here for a few days. First class house and property. We did have small issues which didn’t take away from the stay, but you would think would be addressed with a house like this. - Speakers blown in living room - No directions on how to operate music - television didn’t work in main living room - dish soap dispenser was broken and made doing dishes a messy endeavour We immensely enjoyed the house, i am just sharing where improvements can be made.

The stay was comfortable accept for these problems, NO kitchen towels, not enough towels in the bathrooms, fans were turning for winter in the den . It did not cool . We noticed the last day. We called someone for the tv and someone came but did not return. Very disappointed.

Columbus Day Get Away

This is a great family property in a beautiful gated neighborhood. We celebrated my mothers 75th birthday and had a great time. The house is very well appointed, has every kitchen amenity you may need, and a great place to just relax. The management company is extremely helpful and on point. We would definately rent this house again.

Great Location/views. Missing Spa

The home and location were great but we paid full peak season pricing and we were not able to use the spa and the pool was covered in leaves. The curb appeal could use some maintenance (light out and hanging, bushes Trimmed, leaves blown) overall this was a nice place to stay
