Orchard House On The Jefferson River Close to Renova Hot Spring & Copper K Barn
Beautiful home with original wood craftsmanship throughout. Updated, well maintained and clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath located at the base of the Tobacco Root Mountains on the Jefferson River. Just 7 miles from the town of Whitehall and very close to National Forest Access with great hiking and hunting. 2 miles to the Copper K Barn event venue and 3 miles to the Kountz Bridge Fishing Access. 4 miles to Renova primitive hot springs. 60 miles from Bozeman, 30 miles from Butte and 120 miles to West Yellowstone.
The house has a wonderful sunroom with rockers to sit and enjoy the views of the mountains and river. Nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is also a private courtyard with a picnic table and gas grill for outdoor dining.
Mountain views from every window in the house and river views on the west. Prefect for watching those Montana sunsets.
There is a fruit tree orchard on the property with 45 trees. Take a walk around the orchard or sit on the park bench and just enjoy being surrounded by trees. If your lucky there may be some ripe fruit to pick. Or take a easy walk down the hill to the river. Enjoy the peaceful riverside or fishing on several hundred feet of riverfront.

We have called Whitehall Montana home since 2006. We lived in the Orchard House while building our dream home next door. Since then we have created a little farm that we love to take care. We are enjoying life on the Jefferson River. We are excited to have the opportunity to share the Orchard House with family, friends and visitors.
