In one of Le Crotoy's most sought-after streets, just a few steps from the town center and a 3-minute walk from the beach, charming cottage/apartment for 4 people, ideal for vacations with family or friends. Completely renovated in early 2024, the accommodation occupies the ground floor of a typical Le Crotoy fisherman's house, and comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a brand-new, fully-equipped dining kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and an alcove/cabin with custom-made bunk beds (adult beds 90X200 cm) and a shower room with toilet. All equipment (bedding, etc.) is new. It's all on one level, on the first floor.
You'll also enjoy a 35 m2 private terrace, fully fenced and planted, with garden furniture and bbq.
Tastefully decorated and in absolute peace and quiet, it's just waiting for you!
Downtown shops and the beach are just a few minutes away on foot.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est entièrement refait à neuf avec goût. La literie est également de très bonne qualité. Son emplacement est optimal pour visiter le Crotoy et les environs. Nous recommandons !

Une semaine au Crotoy
Nous,aurions aimé savoir qu'il était possible de payer le parking pour une semaine en allant à l Office du Tourisme. Nous avons trouvé l'éclairage du séjour insuffisant. Et il manquait des patères.

Location très agréable, bon emplacement
Location agréable, joliment décorée, proche des commerces et de la mer. Grande terrasse dont nous avons bien profité. À noter que les lits superposés sont situés dans une alcôve fermée par un rideau dans un couloir. Une porte sépare ce couloir de la pièce à vivre.

Maison au Crotoy
Nous avons etes ravie de notre location,tant par la maisonnette tres agreable ,le charme de la terasse ,que de l emplacement tres bien place ,proche du centre ville tous commerces a proximites. La plage et les promenades a 2pas. Excellent emplacement. L'hote au petit soin ,un enchantement nous reviendrons,car on ne pouvais pas trouvez mieux a un prix tres raisonnable Merci Julia. Location agréable pour découvrir la Baie de Somme sur quelques jours au mois de mai. Echanges faciles avec la propriétaire, localisation au top pour profiter de la ville et visiter les environs.

Petit week-end au top
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits avec ma sœur et mon fils de 2 ans. L'appartement est cosy, très propre et conforme aux photos. Proche du centre ville et de la plage et à peu près 15 min de la gare. Très pratique quand on est sans voiture. Le petit plus et non des moindre : une terrasse ou l'on peut faire bronzette ou même faire un barbecue ! Julia est très sympathique, réactive et arrangeante. Nous recommandons à 100% !!

Semaine au Crotoy
Logement très bien placé, proche du centre et de la plage. A savoir que le stationnement dans la ville est payant . Parking gratuit en journée à 15’ de marche. Très belle région, sites historiques, beaux paysages. Il y a de quoi faire pour la semaine !

Découverte de la Baie de Somme
Nous avons eu la chance de louer cette charmante petite maison au Crotoy bien située à deux pas de la Baie, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnelle . Rien ne manque dans ce petit nid douillet .

Super séjour!
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette petite maison. Elle est à côté de tout, près du centre et surtout de la plage, mais dans une rue un peu à l'écart, très calme. La maison est toute neuve et la déco nous a beaucoup plu, un mélange de modernité ,et d'objets anciens, ça lui donne une atmosphère vraiment sympa. La maison est toute neuve, la literie au top, on a très bien dormi au calme, pas un bruit. La chambre est du côté cour, on entend les petits oiseaux le matin Le vrai plus, c'est la terrasse fleurie, complètement abritée du vent et bien ensoleillée, qui se situe côté cour et pas devant la rue. On a pris notre café dehors, c'était très agréable La situation est parfaite comme point de départ pour découvrir la baie de somme et le village du Crotoy. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
