About this property

Ultimate Park City Convenience.

Sleeping 7 adults with comfort, in three bedrooms and with 2.5 bathrooms, this condo is the perfect location for a larger or extended family gathering or gathering of friends/colleagues. Plenty of space to spread out (and get ready!) It is steps from the bus route and just a couple of minutes from everything, ParkView is a treasured development of condo's nestled into Park City busy center, with views directly looking up to the Park City Ski Area.

The condo has a private garage where you can leave your gear before entering into the tastefully decorated space which was recently updated to offer a contemporary mountain-casual style. There is a comfy sectional sofa and futon, where you can gather to play games around the cozy fire, or catch a movie / keep up with the days sports on the large TV. In addition, the family sized dining table will become a favorite central point, conveniently next to the open plan kitchen (with recently updated appliances), so no-one is ever left out! Just outside the french doors, is a small private yard, with your own hot tub to enjoy. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master has a beautiful king bed, with ensuite bathroom (shower and separate soaking tub) as well as separate double vanity - lots of space for everyone to get ready! The master also opens onto a cute balcony from where you can sit and appreciate the mountains, morning, noon and night. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed whilst bedroom 3 has a queen with a twin XL on top. Easily sturdy / large enough for 3 adults.

This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. In less than a mile you will find great places to eat and exercise as well as many of Park City's famous outdoor trails. ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. The free local bus stops about 200m away, and will take you to the base of either resort in 10 minutes as well as to the main street for apres ski, shopping or dining.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the double garage, additional parking space, and the private hot tub and yard.

Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the house when you arrive in Park City and enjoy. If you have any questions or issues during your stay, I live in PC and am here to help. Park City Mountain Treasure
This condo has it all...kitchen, fireplace, three bed, three bath (master bath has heated floors), jacuzzi. Very comfortable and conveniently located in Park City. The best part about my experience was the ease of booking and expectations from the owner. We only communicated through texts and emails. However, she made us feel welcome and comfortable in her home. This is a great place to stay that we will recommend to friends and book whenever we return to Park City.

Spacious and well appointed two floor unit with private hot tub and wood burning fireplace. Easy access from Hwy 224 to secluded neighborhood. Three bedrooms offer plenty of room for family.

Great Location!
This property was all we needed for our ski vacation. Close to the slopes, restaurants, and shopping. The property was stocked with lots of toiletries. The fireplace and hot tub were a great end to a ski-filled day. The host was responsive and attentive. Would stay again!

Well-kept townhouse in a very nice community. Close to skiing. There was a nice multi-use trail that wound through the community and out to the main road. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace (lots of firewood in the garage). Nice large TVs in several rooms. Kitchen was well-appointed. Wi-fi was great. No complaints. Would definitely stay again. Note to future guests: glass is not allowed in the recycling bin but you can drop it off at a recycling center - it's not far away, just google.

Spacious, comfortable condo with Hot Tub
This condo has a really homely feel with all the amenities you need for a great stay in Park CIty. It's location is a little out of town but 2 min walk to the main bus stop so getting around is super easy and the neighborhood is quiet and chill. The private hot tub is an awesome touch after a day skiing. Double garage, main bedroom is super large with great king sized bed, ensuite, walk in robe etc. The second bedroom with queen bed shares a bathroom but has lots of storage, TV in room and very comfortable. The third bedroom is great for the kids or to use as an office while you work remotely as it has a desk and printer. The kitchen is well stocked and the lounge room with gas/wood fire places makes this a perfect space on a cold winters night. You host Suzie is super attentive, any problems she is onto it immediately. We had a great experience and will definitely look to book again as the price point is stop on for Park City

Home Away from Home
2206 Jupiter View was the perfect place to spend Christmas with the family. We immediately felt comfortable and at home in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation house. The six of us enjoyed the comfy beds, spacious seating in the living area, wood burning fireplace and daily hot tubs apres ski. We made big breakfasts before we hit the slopes and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the attached garage when the snow started falling. The master bedroom and bath was particularly spacious and welcoming. We loved everything about the condo and will definitely use Mountainside Treasures again in the future. Thank you, Susie!

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Why they chose this property

Park View is a wonderful, centrally located complex in the heart of Park City. Sitting almost half way between Park City's Mountain Village and Canyon's Village, it offers amazing access to both areas. The public bus runs right past the condo, so getting anywhere is a breeze. It is surrounded by great amenities for shopping, dining and sports, (golf, hiking, biking in summer, XC skiing and downhill skiing in winter) all within a short walk or bus ride. Need I say more? This owner fell in love with the location and spends most summers enjoying everything the city has to offer in their treasured home.
