Adorable Beach Bungalow- All high end finishes- WIFI- BRAND NEW- Linens provided

Spectacular non smoking beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds.

This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor.

This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 4 people

Wonderful vacation

This house is wonderful. It was very clean when we arrived. The house even smelled clean. The rooms and the rest of the house were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with basic needs as was the kitchen. Everything that the post states is there. You can walk to any where, we never used our car for anything. The little grocery store across the road has the basics ( it’s not cheap but it beats driving). The host were great. They contact you the day of the trip. They give you all the information you would need to get in the house and additional information about the house. They even provide a book with all the restaurants available. I would give this house a 10 if I could and I will definitely book with them again on my next trip.

Great Location!

The Boardwalk and many restaurants and gift shops are within walkable distance. The property was newly renovated, clean and had almost everything you would need.The living area is small but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Bring your own shower gel/soap, laundry soap and beach gear and towels as these are not provided.

Family Spring Break

My family of 4 stayed in the small green house. My brother in law and his daughter stayed in the blue house. Jamie and her husband own both houses. It was a perfect set up for the 6 of us. The kids were able to play in the yard in between the houses, we could walk to the beach everyday together, we walked to the 2 parks that were close by, we were able to make meals and eat together and then all have our own space when needed in the evening. It was our first time in Carolina Beach! We had so much fun and both houses had everything we needed.

Beautiful bungalow!

Went down to Carolina Beach for a wedding. The bungalow was so close to everything, that we decided to rent a golf cart.. best decision ever! We didn’t have to use our car not once. Perfect little place for me & my fiancé. Definitely will be staying again in the near future!

Great place, great location

Very nice compact house. Clean, well furnished and equipped. Excellent location, close to beach, restaurants, stores and bars/pubs. There is even a small grocery store across the street. Local people are friendly and welcoming. One of the best VRBO properties we have visited.

Charming Cottage!

Private, quiet 2 bedroom, 2.bath Cottage close to everything! Second time staying for a girls getaway the house is perfect. It has everything you need just pack your flip flops! Two minute walk to each and restaurants, highly recommend! Owners are quick and responsive to any and all needs.

Cute Beach House

Seemed a little small when we first walked in, but once we got settled, it was just right for two couples. Loved the location, walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Nearby restaurants, even a general store. It is definitely a "do again."

Awesome!

We really enjoyed the green house. It was cozy but had plenty of room. There was nice storage space. The owners made really great use of the small space. It was awesome to have two bathrooms. There was good lighting in the house as well as plenty of natural light. This is a great location as you can walk most anywhere you want to go.

Beach Trip

This was the first time that we have went to the Beach this late and we have not ever stayed at Carolina Beach before. We had a great time the weather was perfect the cottage was really cute and clean . It would have been nice to have been a little closer to the beach but not a bad walk . Lots of eating places !!!

We Love the place. Decorated so beachie not to much it was perfect. Very clean.Location was great. The bed slept good. The hosted was very polite and so helpful. I felt safe and comfortable there. We will stay there again. Thank you!

Has exactly what you need

Has everything you need - the double bathrooms, tvs and cable in every room, washing machine/dryer, and phone chargers were all great amenities. It’s a very short walk to the beach and had space for parking which was great. We appreciated the stay we had everything we needed at the green house
