ROSE Vacances offers you this charming studio tastefully renovated on the ground floor of a small residence, close to the city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Accommodation for 2 people.
Located in the Saint-Michel district, this studio is quiet in a cul-de-sac, a gate secures access to the accommodation. To facilitate your travels, you can move by bike or on foot.
The accommodation consists of a functional and well-equipped living area with a 140 cm bed, a sofa, table and chairs. The kitchen is open and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (filters and SGL capsules)...
With a bathroom with WC; equipped with a shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and a vanity unit with storage.
You will also find a storage room where a washing machine and all cleaning necessities are installed.
The living area opens directly onto the courtyard where you can enjoy the sun. Ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue. Sunbed, parasol, garden furniture and electric barbecue are provided.
To complete this accommodation, you will have two adult bicycles available, as well as a garden shed to store beach equipment if needed.
Parking is free in the cul-de-sac.
