Stylish and modern, very close to the sea and promenade. Ideal for families.

This property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It has a spacious lounge/ dining room, two bedrooms (1 king bed and twin beds in second bedroom). It has a shared yard outside which is great to sit in when the sun is out. It is situated in Spittal and the flat is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Photos will follow in the next few days.

My husband and I also live in Spittal where this upstairs flat is located. It is a quiet location and a great place to bring children to due to location to the beach.

Beach way is a first floor apartment that has recently been refurbished to a high standard, with a new kitchen, bathroom and heating system. It has been stylishly decorated and furnished and a great place to relax after a day spent exploring.

What makes this property unique

Spittal is on the beach, any property in Spittal is at most a 2 minute walk to the beach. This apartment is 1 minute from the sea front. There is a play park very close by which is ideal for children with a fun splash pool. Spittal is ideally situated if you want to explore North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.
