Wonderful

My husband myself and our dog stayed here for a month. There were lots of places to walk and close driving distances to stores and recreation. We made lots of new friends playing pickleball and I could take exercise classes 3 blocks from the house. It was quiet and very comfortable. We will be back. Thanks Denise !

Amazing property

This is one of the best places we have stayed in. Wonderful size and very clean. Ample supply of paper products and access to washer and dryer in the garage. The kitchen had quality appliances and well stocked with pots and pans. We enjoyed the backyard that even had a green lawn. Dog friendly. Denise was a great hostess and very quick to respond. She was just a text message away. We would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Property in Sierra Vista AZ

The overall cost for value and experience were exceptional. The property was very clean, well appointed and stocked. There is an obvious focus on customer service through perks like a basket of free snacks, mints by the front door, very well stocked kitchen with numerous spices, olive oil, etc. The furnishings were some of the best I’ve experienced and I am a veteran of using VRBOs. Highly recommend!!

Pretty Place

Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The pictures don’t do the property justice. The house is just beautiful inside! We travel to Sierra Vista every year for an event. This was our first time at the property and we weren’t disappointed. The property manager was very responsive to questions.would stay here again!

Get away with out a state family

A great base to explore from.

My family traveled to Sierra Vista for a military graduation at Fort Huachuca. It was great to have a place we could all relax, spend time together and have a little space for ourselves. The home owner was very accommodating and worked with us.

Great vacation

Sierra Vista offers so many options of things to do in and around the area. Many hiking trails, bird watching, monuments, and great places to eat. Close to Bisbee, tombstone, Lady of the Sierras, Ramsey Canyon, Chiricahua monument, Saint Pedro River…and lots more. Denise is the best host. She provides everything you need for a short or long stay. The house is wonderful and the neighborhood is quiet and kept up.

Record heat In Arizona no match for Territorial Oasis

We stayed at the Oasis for 6 nights during the record heatwave of 2023. It was a beautiful, cool and comfortable experience and a safe haven from the heat. Our 2 little dogs really liked the small grassy back yard. Denise was a totally awesome host and personally made sure we were comfortable. We will be coming back soon and hope Denise and her wonderful Oasis is still available.

Overall great stay

Beautiful house in a great location with an amazing host. The house came stock with everything you would need. The only complaint we had was the amount of dog hair left behind from previous tenets.

Wonderful House

This is a really nice house—well appointed, comfortable, and a good central location for birding. The backyard and neighborhood sidewalks make it a very good choice for those traveling with their dog. I highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

What a Gem!

Such a great place to stay with my family. The house was immaculate with beautiful upgrades throughout. Nice quiet neighborhood and Denise was quick to respond and a delight to work with. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place close to Tombstone.

Great Property

This property was great! Was very clean, close to Bisbee and tombstone, lots of children items provided as well as snacks and kitchen ware so you can cook vs going out. Will definitely be back

Nice Accommodations

We stayed for 5 weeks and were very comfortable. House was clean, well stocked for kitchen and bathroom staples, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our dog enjoyed the small backyard and wasn't agitated by neighbors or noises. Denise was very responsive to all our needs and questions. Attached garage was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Beautiful home in the Sierra Vista

This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the town. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. The common areas of the home were comfortable. All listed amenities, and more, were readily available. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and appliances for meal preparation. The backyard was private with a nice space to relax.The owner was responsive and helpful with all requests and questions. I highly recommend this property and host.
