Single storey house of 55m².

Living area:

- Comfortable living room with sofa, dining table, coffee table, furniture and flat screen TV, open to the kitchen.

- Modern fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, oven, fridge, gas hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery

- a bathroom with separate shower

- a separate toilet
Sleeping area:

The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) that can be joined together

Exterior & Garage:

- An enclosed garden with trees surrounds the house, which you can access via a raised wooden terrace.

- A garage with washing machine.

You will benefit from the entire house.

In the town of Trégastel, known for its pink granite stone houses, you are by the sea on the bay of Sainte Anne where you can appreciate the tidal phenomena. Several beautiful beaches within a few hundred meters are within walking distance.

The famous village of Ploumanac'h voted most beautiful village of France is less than 3km away.

Food shops and a shopping area are located within a radius of less than a kilometre.
You can park your vehicle on the side of the house.

About 500m away, you will also find many free parking spaces.

Line E (Lannion <=> Trégastel) will connect you to the LANNION SNCF station and your accommodation.
