This 96 m² loft, located on the second floor with elevator in an industrial building, will seduce you with its unobstructed view and open-plan living space. It comprises :

- a bright living room and a convivial dining room,
- a sleeping area in the living room, discreetly hidden behind curtains, with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a study area,
- a children's bedroom with two single beds suitable for children under 6,
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, central heating, clothes hangers,
- baby bath, children's games, toys, children's books,
- Wifi and books.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
