ROSE Vacances offers this ground-floor flat in a renovated house in Les Sables d'Olonne, in the authentic fishermen's quarter of La Chaume.
This flat can accommodate up to 5 people.
This accommodation is ideally located, with all shops within walking distance: supermarket, bakery, butcher's, chemist, market, etc.
You can reach the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne by taking the "passeur", a small boat that will take you across the channel in just a few minutes, the pier being just 500 metres away.
You'll enjoy a lovely living area with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, WiFi, a table and 4 chairs.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, etc.
A bathroom with shower, towel rail, hairdryer, vanity unit and separate WC.
At night, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm) and a wardrobe.
There is also a storeroom with a washing machine and all the necessary cleaning equipment.
Free parking is available in the street.
Perfect for a great holiday just a stone's throw from the attractions of the Port de la Chaume!
