Adorable cottage on south side of beautiful Lake Allatoona sitting on 1/2 acre with a gorgeous beachjust a 3 minute walk away. Enjoy access to a gorgeous point where you can put your own hammock up in between trees. With all new flooring, new gas grill, outdoor wood burning fire pit and gas fire pit, you will find yourself right at home. Home overlooks fishing jetty's where some of the best fishing on Lake Allatoona exists. All new furniture and 75 inch TV as you enter makes the home cozy for some great movies. Large TV's upstairs allow for viewing throughout. Huge deck (Just put in new one) is great for entertaining.
What is even better, is that while you will feel like you are completely remote, Walmart is around the corner, multiple restaurants are super close, Lakepointe Sporting complex is close, and even Qualusi winery is a 5 minute drive! You have the best of both worlds - Remote and access to necessities!
Guests have access to entire property. Guests have access to public beach as well. Remember to please pick up all trash after a fun filled day!

Why they chose this property
We bought this property to have lake access to one of the most desirable areas on Lake Allatoona. Not only is this a home where we have a dock (seasonal), but we also have access to a beautiful sandy beach on the same point. Minutes from Lake Point (huge sporting area), Walmart (for all your immediate needs), lots of restaurants on Cobb Parkway, and even a local winery less than 5 minutes away!
What makes this property unique
The point, with both the dock and the beach, all shaded with sand on the bottom! Super private and secluded with all the benefit of ease to get to. Enjoy our beautiful home, some pretty hikes, swimming, or bring your boat to put in at the nearby boat launch. During the summer we have a slip available for families with boats. Have access to our 3 person paddle-boat and other flotation devices.
