Motor access to 20 m from the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m extra. Grocery 3 km, railway station 22 km, outdoor swimming pool 29 km, public bathing area 29 km. Golf course (18 hole) 33 km, minigolf 30 km, walking paths from the house 1 m. Nearby attractions: Ascona/Locarno, Mercato Bellinzona, Madonna del Sasso, Orselina, Mercato Cannobio, Mercato Luino, Monte Verita. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bosco Gurin.
