Cranberry Cove, beautiful bright open-plan 3 bedroom house with central AC, a great room made for family time, with vaulted ceiling, lots of natural light, and well equipped kitchen. The home has 2 King bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Our large yard is fenced and flat, perfect for the kids to play lawn games. The deck has gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor dining table with chairs. Minutes from Ridge Vale + Harding’s beaches. High speed 1,000Mbps WiFi, bath and bed linens included.

We have dreamed of owning a home on the Cape for a long time and we were fortunate to find a home where we are close to biking, enjoying both Chatham and Harwichport and of course the beaches.
Why they chose this property
It's a great gathering space for our family. The open layout is perfect for a beach house. We love to grill and eat on the back deck when weather permits and having a summer game of cornhole.
