Welcome to this charming T2 ideally located in the heart of Paris. With its 30m², this apartment offers a comfortable and functional space for your stay in the capital.

As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a beautiful, bright living room. It has a comfortable lounge area with sofa, television and library area where you can relax after a day exploring the city. The kitchen open to the living room is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and the equipment that goes with it (coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The room has a 140cm double bed, ideal for resting and recharging your batteries before setting off on your adventure. All household and bathroom linen is included in the service and provided on site. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower.

We ask you to respect the peace and quiet of neighbors by avoiding noise pollution after 10 p.m. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed. Please leave the studio in the condition you found it.
