Lovely private landscaped grounds on the edge of a nature preserve. Ample parking. Less than 1 mile from the island's best sandy beach with daily and weekly town parking passes available. Great local restaurants and shopping. Short ferry rides to the Hamptons or the North Fork for vineyard tours and endless summer fun..
