The apartment
Relatively quiet and well equipped (renovated in 2013 by our decorator), it is composed of a spacious and bright living room with lounge area and kitchen area. All the spaces in the apartment are well utilized: cloakroom, separate toilet, wardrobes, etc. Very practical! The bathroom (shower) is functional and the double bed in the bedroom is comfortable. You can stay there for up to 4 people thanks to the convertible sofa in the living room.Without forgetting the terrace, accessible from the bedroom, ideal for enjoying the sunny days!
The accommodation has a good wifi connection.
Access
Located on the first floor, you can access it by stairs or elevator.
The neighborhood
In addition to its comfort appreciated by our previous tenants, the location of Clarisses 6 is perfect because you are right in the city center. Rue des Clarisses is full of good restaurants that we recommend you try (we had at least 4 favorites in the street alone!).
Please note that in Liège, everything is close to everything and can be done on foot: in 5 minutes, you arrive at Place Cathédrale which is in the center of the shopping streets, the best restaurants in the city and the cinemas. It is also halfway between the Royal Opera and the Théâtre de Liège. A gym is also available in the area.

Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:
By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus)
By bus : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines
By car : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for residents of the street, but it is possible to park on the streets
neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
