Refurbished apartment with very tasteful decoration, in an ideal location because it is close to all amenities and motorways.
The apartment
It can accommodate 2 people and is composed of a kitchenette, a living room, an office-dressing room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet. For sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace, accessible from the bedroom.
Access
Located on the 3rd floor of a house without elevator.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located rue Saint-Gilles, a busy shopping street which has everything to please you: bakery, butcher, snack bars, bars, restaurants, bookstore, supermarket, banks and small shops. The owner recommends ham sandwiches on the bone from André, small dishes from caterer Schmitz and pastries from Licour.
A few hundred meters away, you will find the Botanical Garden, a beautiful 3 hectare park which houses around 400 trees and shrubs, some of which are exceptional. You can enjoy the park for your jogging, picnics or walks.
To reach Guillemins station, it will take you 15 minutes on foot. The station area is also full of good addresses: bakery (we recommend the one in Eggen-Nols), butcher (we come from far away for Boucherie Ardennaise), bookstore, snack bars, small shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour) and restaurants (the “Concordia” is an institution).
And if you want to reach the hyper-center (with shops, cinemas, Opera, Theater, etc.), it will take you 10-15 minutes to walk.
Transportation
If you come by car, be aware that parking is not easy during the day! The closest paid car park is at l'Anneau d'Or, rue Sur-la-Fontaine.
By bus, there is a stop less than 400m away.
By train, there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert). Guillemins station is a 15-minute walk away.

Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
