Good morning !
This apartment offers a quiet environment while being in the center of Liège, between the Parc d'Avroy and the Botanical Garden!
The apartment
It is divided into two parts: on one side the living room with the kitchen area, dining room and lounge area and on the other side an office area and the bedroom on the mezzanine. Between the two, there is a functional bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet with washing machine and dryer.
Access
Located on the 2nd floor of a house with 3 floors, with elevator
The neighborhood
The street of the apartment is opposite the Botanical Garden, a beautiful 3 hectare park which houses around 400 trees and shrubs, some of which are exceptional. You can enjoy the park for your jogging, picnics or walks.
A 5-minute walk away, Rue Saint-Gilles has everything to please you: bakery, butcher, snack bars, bars, restaurants, bookstore, supermarket, banks and small shops.
To reach Guillemins station, it will take you 15 minutes on foot.The station area is also full of good addresses: bakery (we recommend the one in Eggen-Nols), butcher (we come from far away for Boucherie Ardennaise), bookstore, snack bars, small shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour) and restaurants (the “Concordia” is an institution).
And if you want to reach the hyper-center (with shops, cinemas, Opera, Theater, etc.), it will take you 10 minutes to walk.
Transportation
If you come by car , you will not have too much difficulty finding space in the neighboring streets (except during the October Fair which takes place on the Boulevard and attracts a lot of people)
By bus , you will walk a few meters to reach Boulevard d'Avroy where numerous lines reach the various main points of the city and the outskirts. By train , Guillemins station is a 15-minute walk away.
