Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 1000 CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 30 CAD.
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 70 CAD.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

ELECTRIC CARS! Charging electric vehicles using the building's electrical outlets is strictly prohibited. Fast-charging stations are available 24/7 at parking P2 for your convenience.
