Adorable Open Concept Cottage, one block from Goose Rocks Beach. All you need is your Swimsuit!!! Enjoy this Family-Friendly Beach playing in the sand, kayaking, Paddle boarding or taking long walks on this 2 mile Sandy Beach. Enjoy the Norman Rockwell Feel of this Great Beach Community with a Historical Community House a Block Away, with Basketball, Pickleball and Tennis Courts, that also provides lessons and other programs for kids and adults,. Within the Goose Rocks Beach Community you will find an Amazing General store, World Renown Tides Beach Inn with Amazing Food Outdoor Patio and Bar, Goose Rocks Beach Dairy for you Favorite Ice Cream. We have a local lobsterman ready to cook his daily catch for anyone that doesn't want to cook their own ! There's lots to do in Cape Porpoise, Kennebunkport, or Biddeford areas.
Our home has Three Bedrooms which consist of Two Queen Beds, a Twin and a Queen Pullout Sofa .There is One Full Bathroom and an Outdoor Shower. (Continuous Hot Water Heater) New Washer / Dryer and Dishwasher. Fenced in Yard with Fire-pit. Beach Wagon Chairs and Umbrellas
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to enjoy your stay. The Screened-in Porch is perfect for relaxing or dining. There is also a front porch with rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon reads.. The living room has a Like New Sleep Sofa a Large Flat-Screen TV and WiFi The house also has Gas BBQ Grill, and Outdoor Lobster Pot

It's a Wonderful area to create Summer Memories for years to come.

Spectacular!
Perfect vacation home! Close to beach and nice neighborhood! House has everything and then some. This was our thirtyfifth year at GRB and we love it. Owner very nice and accomodating!

The beach house is adorable!
This beach house is in a great location, not on a busy street, walking distance to the beautiful, clean beach. Very quiet neighborhood. It has all that you need to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed our week there and have already reserved it for next year. Rachel

Excellent, quiet and peaceful
The cottage had all the amenities we needed for our trip and more. It was a very easy walk straight to Goose Rocks beach. I highly recommend this rental for anyone with a small family looking for an affordable vacation in Maine. The cost is cheaper than most hotels in the area and is closer to the beach, with more space. Great cottage!

Lovely Fall Getaway
My husband and I, along with our adult children and their significant others really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was homey with all the comforts needed for a home away from home. We like to cook and were able to feed a gang of 11 (friends also came for dinner one night). We prepared a seafood feast using the available, and very large lobster pot. The beautiful beach was only a 3 minute walk away, and we enjoyed exploring Kennebunkport and the surrounding area. The fire pit was a nice ammenity for gathering around in the evening. The warm days, cool nights and uncrowded beach helped make this the perfect time of year to vacation. The only drawback was the sleeping arrangements - I would say this sleeps only 5 adults comfortably (or 4 adults and 2 kids) as the single foam mattress could not really accomodate my 6" 4" future son-in law.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Goose Rocks beach when we came to spend a short vacation. Our son was only 8 months old. It is one of those communities that you read about, and wonder if they truly exist. The quant town, friendly people, safe environment for children to bike, and play and lots of summer fun always happening for families.

You will enjoy the adorable charm of this large open concept home, private fenced in yard, the short walk to the beach or the community house.
