Check out this premium townhome in a fantastic “close-to-everything” setting. It’s about a five-minute walk to the BreckConnect Gondola, and Main Street Breck is literally just around the corner. Throw in a private hot tub, a gourmet kitchen and lots of high-end finishing touches, and you’ve got a place you and your group will want to return to year after year!

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom premium townhome has plenty of room for up to 12 people. You’ll love the views, too! The spacious living area feature big windows with panoramas of the ski area, as well as a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with high-end Viking appliances (including a gas range) and comes stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks for your group. The dining table seats 10, and there’s room for two more at the counter. Outside, there’s a deck for taking in the mountain vistas, as well as your own private hot tub!

There’s a two-car garage (plus parking for two cars in the driveway) a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Location location location

This home was situated in the absolute best location we could have possibly hoped for. Just a short walk to Main Street and the Breck Gondola !!!! The chef’s kitchen was a dream to cook in. Property management company was extremely responsive. Would 100% book again ❤️

Great House, Location, View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home in a great location. 6 adults and 3 kids had plenty of room to spread out and still be comfy. Property had everything we needed (bonus sleds in the garage for the kids.) The house was clean and so was the hot tub which we enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. Check in was quick and painless. We found the top level to be cold and the other levels of the house warm to too hot for sleeping. It was a quick walk to the gondola and Main St. We walked as far as Eric’s to enjoy dinner and the arcade one night, enjoyed a meal at the Blue River Bistro (nearby) another. We kept our gear up at Peak 8 which made the walk and gondola trip so much easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Breckenridge vacation

Three small families stayed at this property and it was perfect because we each had our own floor with our own bedrooms. Very close proximity to ski gondola and Main Street! It was a wonderful stay and we will visit again!

Pretty good.

Location is phenomenal. The place itself was pretty beat up compared to the photos. The hot tub didn’t work at all when we were there but the company refunded us $150 which I guess is something. When issues arise they are very responsive. Here’s a list of all the stuff that was broken: the oven (F02 power failure error), the microwave turn style, ripped carpet in master closet, and motorized shades in living room. Was it worth the price? For the location, yes. But it didn’t really live up to the photos and listing.

The property is fairly new with a great location close to town. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking in. The property manager was great and provided additional fans when requested. Great property!

Great location and views

This house was an easy walk to main street and the BreckConnect gondola. You can see the gondolas from the house, which was a hit with the kids. The house is spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful home and Wonderful stay

Everyone had their own room, plenty of bathrooms, and a large living room for the whole family to watch movies in the evening. We didn't use the kitchen much, except for the refrigerator because there were so many nice little places to explore and eat at. All in all, the house was very comfortable and so much better than a hotel!!! We were able to all be together in one place and have quality family time, it was wonderful. We would definitely love to go back to this home next time we visit Colorado.

Being able to walk to main street in just 5 mins was awesome. Short walk to the gondola also. They brought us more extra towels and blankets which was super nice. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook breakfast. The only thing that upset us was in the photos it shows all individual beds, one room had bunk beds.. We had all adults so this definitely sucked, but we made it work! Would definitely book this house again!!!

Amazing Location, View, & Comfortable

We had 11 women stay at the property. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property is absolutely stunning and walkable to many places in Breckenridge. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to eat in during your stay. My low rating for cleanliness was for animal hair all over the main comforter. The property manager said it isn’t a pet friendly unit but we found several locations with animal hair during our stay. They did quickly offer to have a housekeeper come over and clean which was much appreciated. The communication during our stay was excellent. There were not nearly enough blankets or washcloths to accommodate 11 people. I’d recommend bringing your own for large groups. Overall this really was an amazing stay. I would highly recommend this location for your next Breckenridge trip!

Fantastic Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Columbia Lode Lookout FAR exceeded our expectations. The view from the living room could not be beat. The location was perfect; we walked into downtown Breckenridge multiple times per day. And because this unit was situated on the north side of town, it was easy to jump on Rt 9 and drive to points north without navigating the traffic congestion downtown. The unit was immaculately clean. All furnishings were extremely comfortable. And the property management company was fantastic to work with. This rental was worth the price.
