You'll be staying in a COZY, newly remodeled home, just minutes from downtown. With a full equipped kitchen and all the essentials for you to feel comfortable. Make yourself a nice hot tea, or coffee from the mini bar and feel welcomed to my home.

Located 3 minutes from the historical Heights and the countless restaurants, and attractions around.
Take advantage of the newly constructed Elysian Viaduct bridge, that'll give you an easy access into downtown.

Home is part of two units
Both units are private property and have Private yard. They have private entrances and parking.

Great Property

My Fiancée and myself along with my father needed a location close to the Minute Maid Park as that was the reason for our travel. Rosa's property was a short 10 min uner from MMP and a short walk down the street to public transit. We really enjoyed the fine touches that Rosa had everywhere throughout the house. Everything is labeled with what's included or what you can grab out of the fridge for a small fee. The place was spacious for the 3 of us and not too mention the beds were extremely comfortable. There is a small back yard with a front deck to the property so when it's not 100+ degrees outside it would be nice to grill outdoors. The property had its own gated entrance which made me feel more secure when leaving the property unattended. All in all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting Rosa's property in the future.

Why they chose this property

This property was once my grandmother's rental home that provided her income.
She was born in Mexico and traveled to Houston with little to no money. She worked very hard for many years at a small burger joint and was able to buy herself a home which is in fact next door. She then bought several other properties in the area.
She did all this while caring for my disabled grandfather, and disabled mother.
My childhood was rich of sweet memories with my grandmother. Her delicious cooking and her beautifully clean home.
I can describe her as a traditional, hard working, selfless person.
After her passing and taking over her rental property I decided to pour my love and care into her property and hope that I'm making her proud.
The name Panama is based on the Street name the property is on. But I wanted to give guests a little extra and give a bit of history of not only Houston but also of Panama.
