We recommend to our host that she eliminate hot tub, grill, and smart TV, from her property details and provide additional paper towels and even one box of Kleenex for her future guests
The Golf Course Hideout was a great find! While we didn't do any golfing, we found it to be the perfect locale for our hiking trip - it provided easy access to Moab and Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and Cedar Mesa. Moab has turned into such a busy place, and Monticello proved to be much more peaceful. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable, and had all the basics needed to support our activities. We didn't do much besides sleep, eat and bathe there, but the views of the Abajo Mountains were excellent. And while it is close to US-191 the house was very quiet. The bathroom was spacious, clean and modern, and the mattresses were quite comfortable. Loved the native stone landing off the front porch!
We were quite pleased with our find, and wholeheartedly recommend the Golf Course Hideout for your Utah adventures too.
Excellent. Stayed 10 days. Used as base for traveling all around southeastern UT. Room to spread out. Nice kitchen.

Good and bad
Everything worked fine, except the shower doesn’t drain. Heaters worked very well. Main bed was comfortable. We were there during the snow, so couldn’t use the outdoors. If you visit on summer, there’s a playground across the street. Couch needs to be upgraded.
The location is excellent- Moab is now back to back semi-trucks and a zoo. I liked the porch entry to use as a staging area while unpacking and packing and to help avoid tracking in the pea gravel. My sister and hubby enjoyed the chance to take a walk down to the library- I just did the circle and down to the golf course. Quiet and perfect for our needs.
This VRBO was an excellent experience for my partner and I as we put down our roots in Monticello and looked for a permanent rental. The house is clean and stocked with everything you might need. To top it off, it's in an awesome location -- easy proximity to mountain biking trails, the grocery store, and gas stations. Plus, you're only an hour long drive from numerous incredible public lands! Big thanks to Kayla for hosting us. She was attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay.
Attended a wedding in the area and spent three nights here. Very clean and tidy place. Perfect size for us, heat worked well, and the beds were comfortable!
