With a surface area of 38 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
On the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. You will also have access to the shared swimming pool located 200 m from the building.
Composition of the flat:
- A 20 m² living room with connected TV, two sofa beds and a table for 6/7 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160×200) with Emma Hybride mattress and new slatted base, wardrobe.

Exterior:
- A 7.5 m² balcony with a view of the ski slopes to make the most of the fine weather.
Shared areas:
- A heated swimming pool shared with several buildings, located 200 m from the flat. The swimming pool is open from 1 July to 31 August (opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the resort).
- Access to a sauna on reservation and contribution.
The highest ski resort in the Maurienne, Valmeinier has something for all kinds of winter sports enthusiasts. Whether you're an alpine skier or a snowboarder, the Galibier Thabor ski area and its 160km of pistes between Valmeinier and Valloire will enchant you.
Skiing in Valmeinier is also a guarantee of incredible panoramic views from the slopes. Once you've reached an altitude of 2,000 metres, look up to admire the spectacular Aiguilles d'Arves in the distance.

You can also take advantage of all the shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the resort's Carrefour Montagne directly at the foot of the building.
The ESF office is also at the foot of the building, where you can book and buy your ski passes. This is also the starting point for all ski lessons.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park at the foot of the building.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Grenoble train station, about 1 hour 50 minutes by car
- Grenoble Alpes Isère airport, about 2 hours 15 minutes by car
- Free shuttle bus around the resort, stopping at the foot of the building.
