Perfect for our Seattle adventure

Charming, clean and spacious for 4 adults. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The retro speaker was a great touch and we all loved the thick towels, thank you! The views from the common area roof top patio were wonderful! Can’t wait to stay again!

Secure Belltown Gem

I was very pleased with my stay! The location is excellent. It is a great place to park your vehicle and set out on foot. Pike's Place, Olympic Sculpture Garden, the Space Needle, Chiluly Garden, and more are within reasonable walking distance. There are many restaurants only blocks from the stay. It is a secured building. The apartment is lovely, tastefully appointed as described in mid century modern.The beds were fabulous! There are plenty of towels if you are staying for a while. Nice extras like coffe pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc. are provided. The shared out side balcony area overlooks the bay and is a great place to admire the setting sun. My companions enjoyed the pool and hot tub located within the building. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay while visiting Seattle! Just a note, the parking space is tight. I rented a midsize car. It was a snug fit. Security at the building is taken seriously, but I found that to be a plus.

A great stay in a brilliant location

This apartment was centrally placed so we could walk everywhere. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Chess was very helpful and even provided a kettle when we requested one. A great stay! Thank you!

Great place from which to explore Seattle

We enjoyed staying here with family (all adults). It is easy to walk or take transit to lots of destinations. We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants nearby. The bakery (Macrina) in the first floor of the building was an excellent way to start the day. The apartment itself is well set up for two couples. We did have a little trouble with noise from the garage access alley at night but otherwise everything was fine. We also enjoyed the terrace- the view on a sunny day is terrific. Crystal was very helpful with suggestions for short-term luggage storage after checkout. I would stay here again.

Great location and space

The condo was perfect for us! In the middle of everything we wanted to do from the Space Needle to the waterfront and the market. Perfect size for 4 adults, super clean and easy check in process. Ryan was a sweetheart and the owners were honest and upfront about any rules to be followed. Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable place, in great condition, clean, several restaurants and bakeries nearby, close to local attraction and public transportation. Great communication with host. Includes parking which we ended up not using, though had the option for which was nice. Definitely would stay there again in Seattle!

Super condo!

What a great find! The location could not be better for walking to all the downtown attractions, and there were tons of delicious restaurants right nearby. The apartment was clean, modern, and well maintained. It was also very quiet considering its location. Even the pull-out couch was comfortable. The check-in process was easy. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Location

Weekend stay with our adult son. Belltown is perfect location. Can walk 10 minutes to Pikes Market or Space needle/museums. Lots of restaurants and arcade bars. Also enjoyed relaxing in pool/hot tub/sauna. Would stay again.

Belltown Condo

Place was clean and tidy. Beds were not comfortable. Location was good but very loud, sirens and garbage truck noise daily. Very disappointing last day when the cleaner walked into the unit without knocking and didn’t apologize for the intrusion and the property manager didn’t respond to my text to her when I informed her this had happened.

Great location and beautiful property

It was less than 15min walk to get to Pike place and less than 15min walk to Space needle. There is small market on the corner to get some snack and drinks from. We enjoyed the pool and the gym during our stay. The property is very clean and modern. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot in Seattle

Stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend and couldn’t have chosen a better place! The condo was spacious and beautiful, the mid century theme was spot on and done with taste. The pool and sauna were great for relaxing. Walking distance to a bunch of good bars and restaurants on 2nd Ave. Definitely a one of a kind and am coming back here again when I’m in town!
