Enjoy this cozy, remodeled 4 bedroom/3 bath townhome in lower Deer Valley (Just 1 mile to the bottom of Deer Vally and 1.5 Miles to Park City Mountain base). Finish a day of skiing in your private hot tub surrounded by pine trees or a hot cup of tea by the fireplace. Curl up at night in luxury with our100% viscose (made from bamboo fabric) sheets from Cozy Earth - an Oprah favorite! With 3 bathrooms / 3 bedrooms + a loft (with bunks and games for the kiddos), there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There is also a 2 car garage, washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen and office space in master bedroom.

Bedroom level - two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms; one with shower and another with shower/tub combination.
Master level - master bedroom with king bed, stand up desk area, gas fireplace, smart tv, and beautiful double vanity in bathroom with steam shower.
Loft Level - fun loft with twin over full bunk bed (and trundle). Smart TV also in this room .
