Sea Isle Villas - Unit #H is a gulf front condo in the Sea Isle Villas community (18 units) on Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Unbelievable views from this third story unit that has been recently refreshed and professionally decorated. Just steps from the dunes and the Gulf of Mexico beaches on a very family friendly section of Indian Rocks Beach. Private elevator and assigned covered parking make getting in and out a breeze. Heated private pool if you want to take a break from the sand. Condo is two bedrooms with two full baths and comes very well stocked for your stay. We have Spectrum cable television, free 200mb WiFi and all rooms have televisions.

The master has a King-sized bed, full bath with shower and a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, full bath with tub and a large closet. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Our well-appointed and spacious kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen towels, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, appliances and the fridge has water in the door and an automatic ice maker. Large farmhouse style dining room table easily seats six with room to eat, work remotely or play board games. Eat in kitchen has three stools and a lot of counter space for cooking and storage. Master bathroom has a hair dryer and there is an iron and ironing board in the master closet. The condo is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The unit has front loading washer and dryer and we can provide a pack and play if needed for little ones. There is a community gas and charcoal grill in the middle of the complex if you feel like cooking out. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool noodles and a variety of beach toys are provided. The the beach equipment is in a storage closet on the 1st floor, meaning you don’t have to drag them up or down any stairs. Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable community with excellent choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and we can let you know which spots we recommend.

The Sea Isle Condominiums do have some house rules that include no smoking and no pets allowed in the unit at any time. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. The minimum stay is 7 nights, and we rent Saturday to Saturday with check in time of 3:00 pm and check out time of 9am.

Perfect place to relax

We LOVED this place in IRB! Beautifully and simply decorated, everything we needed, and the location was great. Very quiet community with easy access to beach, walkable restaurants, and perfect for our first vacation with our one year old. Can’t wait to come back. Karen was wonderful with communication and suggestions for local flare. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Granddaughters Beach trip

AMAZING from booking to check out. The hosts were great, communication was great! As Mary Poppins would say, the place was “Spit Spot” great amenities in the condo, beach toys, pool…I have stayed at others in the area and this is my favorite! Amazing view and location!

We’ve stayed at a few properties in Island Rocks but this was my favorite. The view from the condo I was spectacular! My family liked that it was in walking distance to many restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The elevator was a nice bonus! The owners were easy to reach as well. We will definitely stay here again!

The most amazing vacation. Everything we needed and more, the condo is well equipped with everyday and beach supplies, the beds are incredible, the location fantastic. No need for car, all fantastic eats are located close enough to walk or trolley. The balcony is perfect for evening drinks while watching the most gorgeous sunsets and dolphin spotting in AM with your coffee. My only advice is to get up early enough to stake your claim on the beach with chairs/umbrellas. The elevator is a major bonus. Karen, thank you for sharing and your quick responsiveness.

We love sea Isle!!!!

We have been coming to this condo complex for years! This is by far the cleanest beach front condo we have stayed in. All the little touches were perfect. The beach chairs were brand new. The beds were comfortable the location was perfect! Close to restaurants but also an equipped kitchen to eat in if you’d like. In the process of booking our next stay! ❤️

This property is well thought out, clean, updated and well kept! Our family stayed in the condo for the week and was very impressed. This condo is steps from the beach, and provides a beautiful ocean view. We found this property to be in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, and also have everything we needed to cook, go to the beach and play games on rainy days. We highly recommend this property!

We love this area, it’s walking distance to restaurants. A French bakery is just down the road, nice for breakfast. This apartment seems recently updated, and has a nice heated pool, on the beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Fall Break in the Sun!

Heaven on Earth

Our family of three LOVED this rental! The pictures accurately portrayed the property. The ability to use the owner's beach chairs and sand toys as well as access to a washer and dryer allowed us to pack less. The private elevator was an added convenience. We were STEPS away from the beach! We were amazed at the beautiful shells on the beach and the cleanliness of the area. Communication with the owner couldn't have been better. You will NOT regret renting this property!

Wonderful condo!! Very clean and lots of space. Love that it was right on the beach with a gorgeous view from your deck. Watched the sunset all week. Very short walk to the gulf. Host was very helpful and answered quickly. Would definitely come back and stay here again!!

First time in IRB, won't be the last

Loved our time here. Beautiful beach off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. We took advantage of the Suncoast Trolley to explore Madiera Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete. The property was wonderful and Karen checked in with us and was readily available to ensure we had a great stay. We got to do so much in our week and can't wait to come again!

I consider myself a condo snub and now I’m even worse since this condo had a elevator directly to your balcony. The condo was great! Very clean and just the right size with all the amenities. Parking underneath was so wonderful. Communication with the owner was simple and easy. Great trip!

IRB rocked with Relaxation!!

Comfortable accommodations, the private elevator and beach level storage are HUGE pluses! Location and accessibility to the beach were convenient and beautiful. Our host was great with communication and was very responsive! Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

Location is everything and this condo has it all! Close to restaurants, steps from the beach and pool, and very easy parking. The amenities are exactly as described on the listing and the condo itself is beautiful. The beach is calm and not over-crowded. We often had the pool to ourselves. We did drive to a few restaurants and they were fabulous. Frenchy's, Caddy's and also Abe's Place if you're looking to get away from primarily seafood menus. We highly recommend the Sea Screamer dolphin cruise. This is our 3rd vacation to the beaches of Clearwater and we will definitely be booking this condo again for our family of 4!

Great week at IRB

Karen was super attentive and responsive. Condo was clean, beach access so close…elevator right to your condo patio was a huge benefit. We’ve been to IRB before but first time staying here and didn’t disappoint. The OG Crabby Bills is a MUST- it’s a Vibe and they have the best Rum Runners - can’t go wrong staying here
