We were visiting the area for wedding and are so glad we chose to stay at this rental rather than the hotel. It’s convenient to everything in Three Forks. Joe was extremely quick and diligent meeting our needs. The suggestions for food and quick trips were appreciated.
This property is simply adorable. My sister and I stayed here while attending a wedding at the Sacajawea hotel. It’s a Perfect location to walk the short distance straight down Main Street to the hotel. We enjoyed the porch in the front several times both days. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious and a walk in with lots of hot water immediately. The host Joe let us check in early as we had the wedding welcome event Friday late afternoon!
The location was great for my solo travel needs and for my son to visit for a night. The lodging had everything as far as accommodations. (It would definitely house more people very comfortably). The host was very responsive and helpful.
This was an ideal “Home Base” for me as I had several days to stay and watch my great-nephew’s baseball tournament. In between game days, I was able to tour the area and return to all the comforts of “Home Base” that had that nice MT rustic charm. Most enjoyable!
The unit is very comfortable and designed in a totally useful manner. Excellent neighborhood to just chill out. All the locals were friendly and informatively helpful. Convenient to gas and groceries. The whole area is laid back and comfortable. Fantastic for getting away from the "Rat Race". Yellowstone and the Tetons were a little bit of a drive, but the roads were good, and the scenery was beautiful. If the opportunity arises, I would be back in a flash with plans to stay longer!
We come to Three Forks to visit family. We always enjoy staying in the cowboy cabins. Joe is a great host, very responsive. The room is clean and comfortable.

This place was adorable! They did an amazing job of turning the space into a cute rental. It was a bit smaller than I expected it to be, we had 3 adults and that was plenty (two adults 2 kids would be awesome too), but the design and decor were great. I enjoyed sitting on the porch at night. The owner was communicative, even got to meet him at the Saddlery attached (be sure to check it out, it's the real deal!). I've never met a rental host in person, so that was nice. This rental served our needs well for this trip.(visiting from California to attend my niece's wedding).
We came to Three Forks for my cousins wedding. Our plan was to stay at one of the Sacajawea Hotel Cottages, but we needed a kitchen and they didn’t provide that. We were so lucky to stumble upon Joes Cabin. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls used the bunk beds and my husband and I had a very comfortable queen bed. The kitchen was perfect. We needed to pick up a few things (due to people stealing stuff), but we let Joe know and he is going to take care of it for future guests. The bathroom is great. Nice big shower with never ending hot water. The best part was how close we were to the Sacajawea Hotel! We had such a great time!! We will definitely stay here again if we come back. Thanks again Joe!!
Oh yeah, check out the Saddlery too. It’s a beautiful store and it’s right next door :)
The rental was just perfect for my husband and I. From the great communication with Joe prior to check in to the cleanliness of the place we were very impressed. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the porch for our morning coffee and an evening beer. We also Iiked that we were within walking distance of multiple places to eat. I kept telling people how cute our rental was! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
