CHAGRIN FALLS rental - 5 min walk to town. 3 bedrooms & 1 bath.
Inside this century home has:
On the 1st floor- a large living room / kitchen space, granite kitchen countertops, updated appliances, kitchen table, king bedroom, and bathroom.
On the 2nd floor- 2 bedrooms both with queen beds - shorter ceilings upstairs (starts 7 feet high and slope down). House has central air - runs on a NEST appliance - bedrooms upstairs do not get as cool/warm in this old house but sleeps comfortably - fans are provided for the upstairs rooms.
The outside:
Great front porch w a fenced in front yard with beautiful flowers all around. Weather pending... you will spend most of your time on the porch. Backyard has a firepit, yard and gas grill.
The driveway is a single lane drive - smaller vehicles can turn around in the back of the drive.
