You'll be just 5 minutes from the beach and the picturesque Old Nice by tram, or, if you prefer a walk, 15-20 minutes on foot.

☀️ The bright living space is an open and welcoming area, combining a living room and kitchen, designed to make you feel at home upon arrival. The living room is equipped for your relaxation moments, with a cozy sofa bed, an inviting armchair, and a smart TV connected for your movie nights.
The kitchen, elegantly decorated with wood and quartz, is equipped with everything needed to cook local delicacies, featuring a central island perfect for sharing convivial moments. Equipped with an oven, a microwave, an induction hob with extractor hood, a sink incorporating a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer, it is perfect for meals with family or friends.

🛏️ The first bedroom offers a haven of peace with its 160 cm queen-size bed, flanked by two bedside tables and benefiting from suspended ambient lighting, as well as direct access to a private shower room, ensuring privacy and comfort, complemented by a wardrobe.
The second bedroom invites you to relax with its double bed and storage, its discreet office space for reflection or work moments, and its access to a balcony.

The terrace, a true jewel of our apartment, offers rare outdoor space in the city. Facing southeast, it's the dream place for breakfasts in the sun or aperitifs while admiring the sunset.

##Access

✅ For your comfort, we provide household linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels). By default, only one double bed is prepared for every group of two people. If you would like additional beds available in the accommodation to be made upon your arrival, a fee of €20 per bed must be paid in advance.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we provide a few essential welcome items: shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper, as well as a few coffee pods, tea bags, and basic condiments to help you start your stay off right.

Located on the 5th floor, our apartment offers two practical options: take the elevator which drops you off a half-floor from your destination, giving you the choice to go up or down a few steps to reach the door. For the more athletic, the stairs are an ideal alternative for a quick cardio workout. The choice is yours on how to arrive at your home!

## Notes

To best prepare for your stay, we invite you to fill out an online check-in form before your arrival. This form collects your contact details, the number of travelers, the number of desired beds, your comments, your expected arrival time, as well as the necessary information for billing and the mandatory police form for foreign travelers.
