Large, private feeling yard for family play. Outdoor shower, fire pit, and fireplace. Brand new kitchen recently completed. Character abounds in this updated historic cottage. Round dining room and round King bedroom give you a true coastal feel. Lots of easy ways to entertain little ones- plunk a fishing line in at the bridge, or catch minnows and crabs with a net at low tide! Stocked with children's books, games and toys. Explore Timber Island or grab a cocktail at the Tides Beach Club, which is just a short walk down King's Highway! Work remotely here this fall - internet connection is strong and reliable. You will find it hard to leave... we do! :)

Beautiful location, lots of space to spread out outdoors, cozy, coastal feeling rooms with completely brand new kitchen.
What makes this property unique
This house is unique from other rentals at Goose Rocks, in that it is located in a prime spot to access arguably the most beautiful part of Goose Rocks Beach. And yet, because of the way the house sits on the property, it feels entirely private- unlike many of the other properties which closely abut neighbors. The result is a cozy feeling of being nestled away, but just across from the shore. It sits up high and gets amazing cross breeze. You can hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze on you while you sleep. The stars shine bright at night in this spot. Lots of fun to be had playing on the bridge and river below. Kayak access directly from yard. Place to store toys and bikes under the porch in privacy. Truly feels like a private little seaside hotel.
