This is a newly decorated, upscale, 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo/ flat on the 3rd floor accessible by an elevator that opens into the foyer of the unit... with security code access. It is beautifully furnished with a roof-top deck on the 4th floor that has a view of the stadium which is 5 blocks away.
The open air deck is perfect for entertaining with lounge chairs, fire pit, tables and chairs, TV, refrigerator and sink for your entertaining needs. The deck is shared with Flat #1 & #2. The King and the Queen bedrooms both have their own bathroom. The Twin room shares the full bath in the hallway. There is also outside deck off of the living room.
Three reserved parking spots are provided. If you are not familiar with the area, it is 5 houses south of J.D.'s Market on Paul Bryant Drive.
