its the little things
although the villa was nice lovely views etc . first night we came home after evening meal tired jet lagged , the villa gates shut neither remote worked ,dead batteries to gain enty i had to go to 7 shops until finding correct batteries . towels marked and many badly bleach marked . only 4 sun beds with no cushions to uncomfortable to use . i would expect washing machine and dishwasher in a villa of this caliber . it states it has a hot tub it does not .only 2 very soft pillows per double bed . these are small things that add up , however the real kick came at the end of our stay when informed that we had to pay electric and water bill , this had not been point out , i was told it was on the web site ,i checked myself 3-4 times then asked the other guests to read through , we none of us could find and mention of it , i was told quite rudely that this is the case with all rental villas on Samui , i contacted 4 others all said water is free and an allowance given for the electric .
