Welcome to Sainte-Maxime! This 50 m² studio, ideal for holidays, offers a terrace and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located a few steps from the sea, it allows you to enjoy a variety of restaurants nearby. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay unforgettable!

Located on the ground floor, it comprises :
- a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds;
- a 2-seater sofa bed.
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a small relaxation area with sofa.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Cot, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hairdryer, Fan, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

There's a "Franprix" supermarket just a few steps from the building for your everyday needs.

The accommodation is located 400 m from the beach. It's a 15-minute walk to the city center, where you'll find everything you need.
