## Logement
Located on the 6th floor with a lift, the apartment has incredible views of the Sacré-Coeur, the rooftops of Paris, and the top of the Eiffel Tower.
It is fully equipped and includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a cot;
- a functional kitchen and a comfortable living room with a Wi-Fi sound system;
- a bathroom with shower.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023/2024, everything is new and of high quality.

You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: Wi-Fi, TV, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, screen, fridge, hair dryer, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is conveniently located close to metro stations lines 2 and 3, as well as many shops, restaurants, bars, and theaters in the area.
For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "Franprix" just a minute's walk away.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:
- Parc Monceau and Parc des Batignolles at 10 minutes walk;
- Montmartre 20 minutes on foot;
- Opéra Garnier, 15 minutes by metro, and many more.

## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.
