The condo is located in a gated community known as The Spa On Port Royal Sound.

Sit back and relax on our massage armchair or kick back on the sofa and stream your favorite movies/shows on our Smart TV.

This condo sleeps four guests.
Bedrooms come with king-size bed (master bedroom) and 2 full-size (guest bedroom) with hotel-quality linens promising restful nights. Smart TVs set the scene for quiet movie nights. Small work area located in the master bedroom.
The master bathroom is configured with a walk-in tile shower, guest bathroom is configured with a bathtub and tile walls.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Spend some much-needed time at the beach and/or at the two unheated outdoor pools, open seasonally from April to October. The heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub* offer year-round relaxation. For those who are eager to continue your daily physical activities stop by the fitness room* or bring your rackets to enjoy some tennis!
*Jan. 1, 2023 - Update: Hot Tub & Fitness Room will remain closed due to renovations/repairs.

Condo has complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.
Unassigned parking is available for up to two (2) vehicles. Parking passes must be purchased via credit card, debit card or digital wallet upon arrival, $25 per pass. Pass fee is a one-time fee per vehicle for the length of your stay. Effective January 6, 2025, Cash Payments will NO Longer Be Accepted.
Please note that boats of any kind are not permitted on the property including kayaks, canoes and any kind/type of motorized or non-motorized watercrafts.
*Guests looking to rent for over 30 days will be required to pay a refundable security deposit. For more information, please ask.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
Smoking and Pets are Not Allowed in the condo.
Due to renovations, the fitness room is currently closed.
Kayaks, motorized/non-motorized watercrafts or motorcycles are not allowed on property.
Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative cancellation fee.
Please note that our condo is located on the 3rd floor and there are NO Elevators, we do apologize for the inconvenience and hope you decide to stay with us!
We ask that you treat our home as you would treat your own.
Please do not move the furniture from one room to another, this includes removing it from the condo.
* Primary guest must be 25 years of age, or older.
* All primary, booking guests are required to fill out a Guest Information with basic information, send a copy of their Driver's License, or state id, and will also be required to sign a rental agreement noted with rules of our condo, as well as rules of the property. All of which will be sent promptly after booking. We want our guests to feel at home, that being said, please take care of our home.
* This condo is a NON-SMOKING condo. If you smoke, please do so outside of the condo and please, please be sure to dispose of your cigarette butts properly to prevent any fires.
* Short-Term Guests are responsible for paying $25 per vehicle for parking upon arrival. Pass fee is a one-time fee for the length of your stay. If you do not pay for a parking pass, security will not allow you on property. Effective January 6, 2025, Cash Payments will NO Longer Be Accepted. Our unit is not handicap accessible. There are no elevators on property. However, the property does offer limited handicap parking in front of the building.
