Relax and enjoy this architecturally designed Wild Dunes townhouse. Located at the northern tip of the Isle of Palms, within the secured gates of Wild Dunes Resort, our home overlooks the nationally renowned Links Golf Course. Enjoy stunning views of Deweese inlet, and Deweese Island. Stroll the Isle of Palms - 6 miles of beautiful beaches, play world-class golf and tennis, and enjoy Linkside's private swimming pool and tennis courts.


Water Sports: The seven mile island offers bike routes, wide sandy beaches, rollerblading along the strip, tennis courts; both clay and hard court, two world class golf courses, beachcombing, and volley ball on the beach.

The Isle of Palms Marina is a five acre marina offering launch service, dockage and fuel for resident and visiting boaters. It also provides services for those interested in on water activities and fishing services. For those who enjoy on water activities visit the marina for a variety of boating activities which includes: canoes, sailboats, kayaks, fishing boats luxury harbor cruises, Jet Skis can be rented to explore nearby islands.

Fishermen can cast their own poles or nets while standing on the beach. Fishing and crabbing can be done in the local waters. Competitor fishermen can go down to the Isle of Palms Marina and check into one of the fishing tournaments often held at the docks.

Golf: Golfers will be in their element here, there are two fantastic courses, Harbor Course, which features three holes on the Intra-coastal Waterway and two marsh front finishing holes while The Links Course is ranked 26 among America's Top 75 Upscale Public Courses by Golf Digest. It features two holes with fantastic panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean! The townhouse has views of the Links course 15th green and 16th tee.

Very spacious and well stocked. Having items you can use at beach is a plus...chairs, umbrellas, things for kiddos to play with, and cant forget the golf cart. Swimming pool is close. Just very relaxing to be there.

Please work on drainage problem

Loved the house location, poo,l golf cart, beach supplies, and house supplies. Only negative but a big one. The master bathroom shower was terrible! You couldn't take a shower without the water coming uu to come over the shower edge. Scared me a little at first. I learned to get wet and turn off water, soap up and soap hair, then hurry up and rinse off.. Horrible! Needs drainage issues worked on. A definite problem that needs help. Would definitely go back if this was cleared up but not if it's not.

Great IOP Option

The house was great, but what really was terrific about our stay was the property manager. We had to reach out for a minor issue and he was returning our call/text in minutes. As others commented, the house is stocked with chairs, bikes and beach tent. The golf cart was perfect for going to and from the beach. The view is really beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, comfy, and well-equipped.

This property was perfect for all ages in our group, 3 to 70 years old. It was very clean, very comfortable, adequate space for relaxing and sleeping. It was also very equipped with items including linens, activities such as games and movies to use on-site. The golf cart was definitely a bonus. It also had a grill and beach toys and such. The surroundings were also very safe, comfortable and welcoming. We also got to see a few alligators which was really cool!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this Wild Dunes condo. Mike is definitely a super host! Communication was excellent. We had everything we needed & more. At other properties, we’ve had to bring dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc…all the little things you have at your house and don’t think to bring with you on vacation. I was pleasantly surprised that all those items were stocked! The condo itself is really comfortable. It felt like we were at home. The golf cart was so convenient. Towels all felt brand new. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place in Wild Dunes close to everything. It was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone and close to the beach, pool, and golf course. Big plus was having a golf cart to get ourselves around. Property owner was east to get in touch with if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

I have vacationed on the Isle of Palms for the last 15 years, most of the times in Wild Dunes. This property was the best location with wonderful views of the marsh! The golf cart was SUCH a huge help getting everything to the beach each day. The owner checked in by text on day 1 and provided extra tips on the best beach spot. This home was so comfortable and a perfect fit for our family. We will definitely be back!

This was a weekend getaway for our anniversary. The pictures of the view do not do it justice! The view is fantastic. The condo is clean and has everything that you might need. Mike is very responsive and the rental process was easy and smooth. I would recommend highly.
