Narragansett paradise

Beautiful home with ocean views. perfect location.stayed here for uri graduation ; outdoor deck with grill and plenty of property for a gathering. Large kitchen on 3rd floor viewing the ocean large master suite; 2nd floor with another sitting room multiple bathrooms and another 3 bedrooms 1st floor sunroom leading to outside-there are multiple levels with stairs but there is an accessible elevator- sunroom attaches to garage with beach supplies and ping pong table Everyone had a great time and easy to get around close to resteraunts and grocery store and nightlife We would definitely recommend this rental to others 5 ⭐️ The only negative comment would be no bathroom on the first floor

Vacation of a lifetime

We had such a memorable and unbelievably enjoyable vacation. My father is wheelchair bound and this home allowed him to be able to have views of the ocean/beach and feel the breeze that he hasn’t been able to experience in years! We feel so blessed and grateful to have been able to stay in such a beautiful home. Nick/Darius were extremely responsive. Can’t say enough good things — better than the pictures — memories we will have forever!

HOLY moly. This place is the best. We had our intimate wedding in the yard and it was everything we could have asked for and so much more. Nick was a doll to work with and we cannot thank him enough. Rent this house.

Beautiful views and spacious home

Our large family stayed in the home (3 families). The views from the home are stunning - with sweeping ocean views from most windows. The home is quite new and spacious with different spaces for different groups to gather. It would have been nice to have more seating on the upper level (house sleeps 10 and has 6 chairs at the dining table and one large sectional couch that seats 4-5 people with no other living room seating). Owner was extremely responsive. My family would rent it again!

Amazing house!

House is amazing! Beautiful views of the ocean including a sunset view from front windows. Fully equipped, clean, washer and dryer on every floor, modern kitchen with 2 ovens. Almost each bedroom had its own outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. Even has a working elevator which is really needed since the kitchen and living area is on the 3rd floor! Would definitely stay again!

Oh my gosh the views!

We could not have asked for a better home or location for our family vacation. The views were absolutely stunning, the decor of the home was beautiful, just steps away from the beach and Nick was responsive and great to work with. It was a trip we will remember for a lifetime.

Overall, wonderful home in great location. House was fully stocked- including beach gear (cart, chair, boogie board, games, etc). Check-in was a little delayed as cleaners were slow and probably not thorough enough (eg, clothes were left in drawers), but once we settled in we had a truly fantastic week. House is great hub to head to BI, Newport or anywhere else in the area. And the beach was perfect for our children and a very short walk. We would definitely consider returning for a future Narragansett trip!

The house was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked which made the trip easy. Our only complaint would be the outdoor seating. Wishing there were comfortable lounge chairs on the decks and more comfortable outdoor seating on first floor. When you are at the beach you want to be sitting outside. Other than that we had an amazing week with family and friends. Thank you 😊

A beautiful BIG house

This house was gorgeous! It actually looked nicer than the pics- the home was immaculate and had everything we could need for a fun, family beach vacation. One of our favorite memories is walking the beach one evening down to George’s for seafood and cocktails and walking back under the stars.

Beautiful home

We stayed at this property with our family and enjoyed the amassing views from the 3rd floor deck. The kids had a blast playing in the oversized yard. Nick was very responsive which we appreciated. We loved being able to walk to the beach.

Amazing vacation home

Renting this beautiful home in Narragansett was everything and more. Very spacious, definitely an entertainer’s home. Anytime I had a question for Nick, he was very quick with his response time. The house had everything you needed. Beautiful, beaches in the area and wonderful restaurants. Spain, George’s, and Iggys are our favorites! We will definitely be back again next year!!

Wow - location

Not only is the home itself so beautiful, new, clean and amazingly spacious, but the location is so perfect. It’s what makes this place really special. Right across from the beach so you can walk there. Galilee is walkable and has great food and the Block Island Ferry. Can also walk to a couple of other restaurants out toward Point Judith. The view from this home is what really stands out for me. On the top floor especially, where main living is, you can see so much. The beach, ocean, coastline, watch the ferries and fishing boats come and go. There is a beautiful view of the tidal wetlands and bird sanctuary across from the beach. Sunsets are gorgeous. As mentioned, house was super clean, extremely spacious where you can easily have a few families/groups staying without feeling crowded. The decks off of the bedrooms and living area give you outdoor space with a view. Kitchen is huge and beautiful. There is plenty of dining and lounging space for all. Can’t say enough great things about this home.

Great winter getaway

We had a wonderful time, even with an epic snow storm outside. Booked it on short notice and the property manager was very responsive. The house is beautiful (the kitchen in particular is amazing!) the multiple levels of the house were perfect. We were there with our friends and children - so everyone had their own space. We will definitely book again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the multiple balconies and enjoy the beach.

Beyond Expectation

Nick's home is beautiful and even more than we expected. The house has amazing amenities and is a 3-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and there are tons of good quality beach gear. The quality of the home was amazing. Nick responds very quickly and was professional.

What incredible value this house has been for us. Truly a gem - a huge all-inclusive gem if you will. Nick does everything right from high quality towels, sheets, etc, to fully stocked kitchens and bathrooms. I mean - who has a zester in a VRBO house? Nick does... and a lot more!
