Welcome to our townhome! We are situated near the famous Grimey's Records, renowned for its diverse selection of vinyl records, attracting music enthusiasts worldwide. As a guest, you'll have the opportunity to visit the legendary record store and explore its extensive collection of new and used vinyl records/ CDs, & more. The townhome is great for families and large groups of up to eight people seeking a comfortable, spacious place to stay while discovering the attractions of our amazing city.

We're located in this perfect corner of East Nashville. The property is a quick walk to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Also, just minutes from downtown and Broadway!

The entire townhome, rooftop, & 1 free parking space (behind townhome) is included in this rental.

On the 1st floor, you will find 2 (two) spacious bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. The 2nd bedroom has two king sized beds. The first floor also includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day of exploring the city.

The second floor features a cozy living room with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The living room also includes a large flat-screen TV and an open, clean concept.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are also on the second floor, with ample counter space and seating. Whether you're cooking a meal for your family or entertaining guests, our kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious meal, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.

The third floor of our townhome features a large master suite with a comfortable king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master suite also includes direct access to our rooftop patio.

In addition to the comfortable sleeping arrangements, our townhome also includes a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a private outdoor rooftop patio area with seating for enjoying the beautiful Nashville weather.


We have free parking for one space, other vehicles will need to utilize nearby FCFS street parking. The property is a short walk to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, and is just minutes from downtown & Broadway. Uber/Lyft are our recommended transportation platforms if you don't have a vehicle or don't want to hassle with parking downtown!

HOUSE RULES:
Our main goal is to provide our guests with a great place to stay that enables them to have an enjoyable experience in Nashville! With that being said, we have rules in place so we can achieve that goal.

1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Airbnb. If guests want to smoke, they should do so outside and dispose of any smoking materials appropriately.
2. No pets: Pets are not allowed in the Airbnb. If guests need to bring their pets, they should inquire with the host beforehand.
3. No parties: The Airbnb is not a party venue. Loud music and gatherings that disturb neighbors are not allowed.
4. Respect the neighbors: Guests should be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
5. No extra guests: Only guests who are listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the Airbnb. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval from the host.
6. Keep the place clean: Guests are expected to leave the Airbnb in the same condition as they found it. Any damages or excessive mess will be charged accordingly. (This includes decorations taped to the wall. If you hang decorations, use blue painter's tape.)
7. Check-in / check-out times: Guests should adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified in the listing. If guests need to arrive earlier or leave later, they should inquire with the host beforehand.
8. No weapons: Guests aren't allowed to bring weapons or firearms into the Airbnb.
9. Lock the door: Guests are responsible for locking the door whenever they leave the Airbnb.
10. Be respectful to the host: Guests should communicate with the host respectfully and inform them of any issues that arise during their stay.
11. Leave a five-star review! If guests had a great experience, they should consider leaving a 5-star review as it helps the host and future guests. However, if they had any issues, they should communicate with the host before leaving a negative review to try to resolve the issue.
