    Patrick et Manuella sont aux petits soins ! Très agréables et réactifs, ils nous accueillent avec le sourire et beaucoup d'attention.L'appartement est très bien tenu et très bien équipé, au calme, dans un quartier typique de Paris. Le métro est tout proche.

    Great Stay in an amazing neighborhood
    We could not have been happier with our stay, from the accommodations that were perfect for my wife and our two daughters, to the neighborhood it was located. We have recommended this listing to friends as a great option for their stay in Paris, and we would come back and stay there again for our next trip to Paris.

    Super cute apartment!
    We loved our stay here, our host Martin was very helpful and accommodating for our travel needs and timing. The apartment had many places to sleep, and was in a cute courtyard off of the street. You can even see the Eiffel Tower through the kitchen window! It’s also located very conveniently near a Metro station and lots of food, drinks, and shops. We loved our stay.

    Was für schöne 2 Tage!
    Es war perfekt! Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit allem was man braucht, nah an der U-Bahn. Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Patrick hat mir im Vorfeld eine sehr günstige Parkgarage (Paripark: 38 für 48 Stunden) in 7 Min. Fußreichweite empfohlen, da wir mit unserem Auto in Paris waren.Vom Küchenfenster hat man übrigens einen direkten Blick auf die Tour de Montpartnasse und den Eiffelturm. Und genau vor der Tür stößt man auf Street Art, die es in diesem Viertel Butte-aux-Cailles zuhauf gibt.

    Tres bell apparemment
    Bell vaste apparemment au premier et deuxième etage d’une maison dans le quartier Butte aux Cailles. La chambre est au calm, loin du bruit de la rue. Une tres grand séjour au premier étage + cousine ouverte équipée. Beau séjour et un petit mezzanine en dessous du toit. Tres belle bibliothèque avec des livres sur le quartier et Paris et leg grands peintres. Baignoire dans la salle de bain et toilettes séparées. Propreté impeccable. La hôte est très très disponible et habite pas loin de l’appartement . Une vraie expérience parisienne.
