PLEASE READ COMPLETE DESCRIPTION. IN SEASON RENTALS ARE 7 NIGHT MINIMUM FROM SATURDAY at 3:00 TO SATURDAY at 10:00 from JUNE 1 to AUGUST 31. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. 4 PERSON MAXIMUM. 720 sq. ft. 1 bedroom loft condo, end unit. Sleeps 4 with a QUEEN bed and a QUEEN sofa bed downstairs. NO LINENS PROVIDED. Full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Ocean views from deck and bedroom window. Equipped kitchen seats 4 with quartz countertops. Electric glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and dryer are located in the condo for your convenience.
Living room with TV, VCR and. games.
Recently remodeled beautifully. There are 2 additional pools, tennis courts and a kayak dock in the complex. BRIGHT, CLEAN, AIRY AND COMFORTABLE. This is the perfect beach escape for a couple or small family.
We provide the initial roll of paper towels and toilet paper and a trash bag.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING BATH, BEACH AND DISH TOWELS AS WELL AS YOUR BEACH CHAIRS. 7 NIGHT MINIMUM,SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, JUNE 1 TO AUGUST 31.

Hurricane Debby week!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we like the location, price and coziness of the condo. Our host, Wayne is great to work with! Although it rained all week due to hurricane and tornados, he kept in touch with us to keep us informed!

Convenient and Clean

This condo was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend a week at Ocean Isle. The location was excellent. It was an easy walk to the beach and the oceanside pool.

Tranquility

This was my second stay in this condo in the off season. I love Ocean Isle any time of the year and this is a great place to stay for me and a friend or two and visit family. I love sitting outside on the deck and being so close to the beach. Also cozy on the rainy day while we were there. Didn’t try out anything in the kitchen but the coffee pot and the fridge but really enjoyed some Uno games at the bar. Ready to go again

A nice week long getaway.

We came to Ocean Isle Beach for the second time and we enjoyed it as much as the first! The condo was nice and clean and everything is comfortable to sit or sleep on. I still love the fact that the beach is right across from the condo, just crossed the street and you’re at the beach access! We had a great time at OIB again, thank you Wayne for letting us stay in your condo. 😊

Ocean Isle Beach

Great location with easy beach access. Wayne, the owner, was easy to work with and made our check in process smooth. There is a lock box outside the door but you need to use the one on the door to gain access. Pool was clean and never crowded. People all around us were friendly and many had stayed there before because they liked the area so well. We will definitely return, to the beach and this condo!

Super cute condo that makes you feel comfy on a beach vacation! Beach access literally across the street, oh and the streets, never too busy, crowded or loud. Porch is perfect for morning coffee. Lots of local good food options. Loved our stay!!!
