The ground floor, facing the sea, houses a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living space, and a master suite with an adjoining shower room. An additional room with two single beds is accessible through the kitchen or from the outside; this space, formerly a back kitchen, offers an extra sleeping solution without being a traditional bedroom.

On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double beds have their own shower rooms and share a large terrace, ideal for admiring the enchanting landscape of our region. For your comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned.

The exterior features a large driveway that allows parking for several vehicles, as well as a two-car carport.

The beaches of La Nartelle and the numerous beach clubs are just a 5-minute drive away. Shops and downtown restaurants are only 5 minutes away.
