The garden is fully fenced, providing security and privacy.

The common areas are spacious and comfortable, perfect for sharing moments of conviviality. The living room is equipped with a large sofa and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, and all necessary kitchen utensils. For added convenience, you'll also find a desk, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a drying rack.
