In a secure residence with swimming pool, this type 4 villa is composed of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom, a closet, and a garage.

We specify that the villa is not equipped with air conditioning systems but it is through which allows to create natural ventilation and cool the house if necessary.

On the night side you will find two bedrooms each of them composed of a double bed 140 x 190 cm and several means of storage. You will also find a single bed 90 x 190 cm extra if necessary for children.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

At the shower room level, you will find a simple sink and a traditional shower. On the garden side you also have a shower and a toilet.

The living room is composed of two sofas, an armchair and a television.
This gives direct access to a closed terrace equipped with a dining table, so you can enjoy good meals with a breathtaking view of the garden.

The villa offers direct and unlimited access to the swimming pool of the residence. It is located a stone's throw from the villa!

Parking:
You have a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is completely closed by a code gate and an electric gate.

Equipment:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good set of household appliances, you have everything you need to cook!

The environment:
The Parc de la thèse district is located near the beaches. Not far away you will find the shopping area, clothing stores and the large Partouche Outdoor Games Casino.

Sheets and bath towels:
Optional and upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
