## Space
This 63 m² flat is fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Its large, shaded 17 m² wooden terrace and 208 m² private garden will delight young and old alike.
There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed (140cm) in the living room.

The swimming pool is shared by all Marina Lodge residents and is open from 1 June to 30 September.

## Access
The flat has 2 parking spaces at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15 m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Travellers are invited to bring their own bed and bath linen. If you prefer to leave the preparation of your beds to us, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10 per person per stay.
The rental does not include a cleaning fee and a hoover and all the necessary cleaning materials are provided.
However, if you wish, we can do the cleaning for you for a fixed fee of €100 inc VAT.
