- two bedrooms south side, the first room is open and has a double bed, while the second room is equipped with a single bed and a single mattress on the floor.
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen,
- a shower room and toilet on the north side.
- a nice garden and a balcony overlooking the courtyard with moldings.

You will particularly appreciate the practicality of this apartment, with a possibility of parking in the building courtyard while unloading.
Moreover, it is possible to open the kitchen door to enjoy a cool breeze.

You will have at your disposal all the necessary amenities for a great stay, such as a piano, a fridge, Wi-Fi connection, a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an iron, etc.

## Emplacement
The 4th arrondissement is in the center of Paris. It is very touristic, including half of the Cité Island (with the Notre-Dame Cathedral), all of St. Louis Island, and a good part of the Marais on the right side. Not far from the Place de la Bastille, its bars, restaurants, cafés and shops of all kinds, it also allows you to walk on the quays and admire beautiful landscapes.
