La Villa du Courseau : Pretty house for up to 8 people
La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this 130m2 refurbished villa with 700m2 garden and 40m2 swimming pool.
Close to the cycle paths, the villa is just a few minutes' cycle ride from Gros Jonc beach, one of the most popular on the Ile de Ré, and the village centres of Le Bois-Plage and Saint-Martin-de-Ré.
The villa is in a quiet location just a few minutes from the shops, market and town centre of Le Bois-Plage.
The house is comfortable and has a living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
There is private parking for 1 car and 2 cars in front of the house in the quiet street.
ON ONE LEVEL
Spacious living room opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
The villa has 4 bedrooms on one level.
Bedroom 1 MASTER with a 180x200 double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (180x200).
1 shower room
Bedroom 3 with a 180x200 double bed.
Bedroom 4: double bed 140x200.

Heated swimming pool with automatic roller shutter, measuring 40m2 and with a maximum depth of 1.80m.
The pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 29°. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the pool water and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the pool water.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
